Shipping & Delivery Information

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard shipping to all U.S. states (excluding PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses) takes 1–5 business days depending on the delivery option selected.

Free Standard Shipping

Eligible orders placed by 1 p.m. (CT) qualify for free standard delivery within 1–5 business days. Orders placed after that cutoff are usually processed the next business day.

Two‑Day Shipping

For $10, two-business-day shipping is available for orders placed by 1 p.m. (CT).

Next‑Day Shipping

Next‑day delivery is offered for $19.50, for orders placed by 1 p.m. (CT).
If you’d like signature confirmation, it can be added to Two-Day or Next-Day orders for an additional fee.

Buy Online, Pick Up In Store & Curbside Pickup

You may select Pick Up In Store or Curbside Pickup at participating locations. These options are available during daylight hours and involve placing your order online, then retrieving it once you receive your pickup notification.

Custom Orders & Special Services

  • Engraving: Please allow five additional business days for engraved items.
  • Charm attachments or soldering: Allow two to three additional business days for completion.

If part of an order needs customization and other items do not, consider ordering them separately so the non‑custom items can arrive sooner.

International Orders

For international shipping, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Refusing delivery may result in no refund for original shipping costs

Military & APO/FPO Addresses

Shipping is available to APO/FPO addresses (military mail). Free U.S. returns and exchanges apply only to eligible orders shipped within the U.S., including PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses serviced by USPS Priority (typically 3–5 business days).
