Return Policy

Items in new and unused condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returned products must include all original packaging and documentation. Custom-designed or personalized pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Make a Return

To begin the return process, visit FineCraftedJewels.com and follow the return instructions. Please securely package the item and include your original packing slip. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? Exchanges are accepted for items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. If the desired item costs more, the difference can be paid at the time of exchange. If the item costs less, the difference will be refunded.

Gift Returns

If you received a gift and would like to return or exchange it, you can do so by visiting FineCraftedJewels.com and accessing the returns section. The value of the returned item will be issued as store credit if no receipt is available.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear on your account.

Final Sale Items

Certain items may be marked as “Final Sale” and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.
